Conversion of a early 19th century 4,775 square foot
warehouse / storage space into a new testing laboratory.
Interior demolition included removal of concrete CMU walls,
drywall partitions, ceilings, electrical and mechanical systems.
New work consisted of masonry for new stairway access, new
gypsum wallboard installation, doors, VCT and ceramic tile
floors, acoustical ceilings, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical
systems, upgrading of existing sprinkler system, renovations
to the existing toilet rooms, and new laboratory casework.
